Egg Lollipops are a delightful and easy-to-make appetizer that will be a hit at any gathering. With a crispy outer layer and a soft, flavorful center, these bite-sized treats are sure to please both kids and adults alike.   • Eggs – 6 large
  • Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour – ½ cup
  • Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Green Chilies – 2, finely chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Red Chili Powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil – for deep frying


  1. Hard boli the eggs by boiling them in a pot of water for about 10-12 minutes. Once done, remove from heat and let them cool completely. Then peel off the shells.
  2. In a bowl, combine the red chili powder, coriander power, garam masala, pepper power, ginger ,garlic, green chili and solt. Mix well to from a spice mixture.
  3. Using a grater, make small slits or cuts all over the peeled eggs. This will allow the spices to penetrate and flavor the eggs.
  4. Coat each egg with the spice mixture, making sure they are fully covered. Gently press the spices into the egg and bread crumbs to make them stick.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer over medium high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the spiced egg lollipops into the oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once cooked, remove the lollipops from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  7. Serve the spicy egg lollipops hot as a delicious and flavorful snack or appetizer.
